Responsibilities

Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
