Responsibilities

Setting and monitoring employee performance KPIs
Managing payroll in Workday / SAP
Auditing FLSA time tracking and hourly attendance records
Coordinating corporate relocations and moving services
Partnering with immigration attorneys and USCIS

Requirements

Strategic people roadmap and workforce strategy experience
Experience with enterprise HRMS systems (Workday / SAP SuccessFactors)
Administering time and attendance tracking systems
Experience with federal and state social insurance reporting (SSA/IRS)
Internal employee communications experience
Employee relocation and expat logistics experience
