- Evaluating candidate skills and cultural alignment
Requirements
- Full-cycle talent acquisition experience
- Full-lifecycle technical / software engineering recruiting experience
- Experience utilizing online creative training platforms
- Experience with candidate database management systems
- Managing talent pools and candidate communities
- Communication skills
