Managing day-to-day HR department operations
Upskilling the internal People Operations team
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
HR workflow and process automation
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Investigating and mitigating voluntary turnover factors

Requirements

Leading and scaling HR departments
Strategic people roadmap and workforce strategy experience
Upskilling and mentoring internal HR team members
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Organizational culture and core values transformation experience
Team leadership experience
