Advertising jobs on local classified portals (Craigslist)
Leveraging ATS tools to drive recruitment pipelines
Managing candidate profiles in candidate databases

Requirements

Interview experience
Executive search and headhunting experience
Experience utilizing online creative training platforms
Experience with candidate database management systems
Managing talent pools and candidate communities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
