Upskilling the internal People Operations team
Interviewing HR and talent acquisition specialists
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
Managing daily office catering and meal stipends
Organizing employee shuttle routes and transit passes

Requirements

Strategic people roadmap and workforce strategy experience
Experience interviewing and evaluating HR talent
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Perks, wellness, and fringe benefits administration experience
Total rewards, compensation, and benefits experience
