Responsibilities

Operating talent assessment and development centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
