Candidate sourcing and screening
Conducting structured competency-based candidate interviews
Sourcing passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights
Leveraging ATS tools to drive recruitment pipelines
Managing candidate profiles in candidate databases
Preparing weekly recruiting funnel reports

Requirements

Experience utilizing major job boards (Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter)
Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter search proficiency
High-volume hourly / frontline hiring experience
Full-lifecycle technical / software engineering recruiting experience
Experience with modern talent pipeline management tools
Client empathy and emotional intelligence
