Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
