Responsibilities

Operating talent assessment and development centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
