Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
