Responsibilities

Nurturing applicant talent pools and communities
Leveraging national job boards for candidate sourcing
Advertising jobs on local classified portals (Craigslist)
Managing recruiting workflows via Huntflow
Conducting in-person candidate interviews
Preparing weekly recruiting funnel reports

Requirements

High-volume hourly / frontline hiring experience
Experience with modern talent pipeline management tools
Experience with candidate database management systems
Conducting insightful exit interviews
