Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
HR workflow and process automation
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
