Responsibilities
- Authoring e-learning courses and modules
- Producing instructional video content for training
- Creating instructional materials and employee handbooks
- Conducting professional masterclasses
- Conducting educational webinars and remote workshops
Requirements
- Training workshop logistics and event coordination experience
- Staff training and development experience
- Training course curriculum design experience
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
- Communication skills
- Creativity
