Leveraging ATS tools to drive recruitment pipelines
Managing recruiting workflows via Huntflow
Evaluating candidate skills and cultural alignment
Drafting and extending formal job offer letters

Requirements

Experience utilizing major job boards (Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter)
Executive search and headhunting experience
Conducting insightful exit interviews
