Responsibilities
- Designing employee training curricula
- Authoring e-learning courses and modules
- Producing instructional video content for training
- Selecting and recommending leadership development reading lists
- Facilitating corporate learning seminars
Requirements
- Training workshop logistics and event coordination experience
- Training course curriculum design experience
- Curating professional literature and reading materials
- Experience leading beauty masterclasses
- Adult learning theory (andragogy) experience
- Corporate learning and leadership development experience
