Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
