- Championing employee value proposition (EVP) and employer brand
- Coordinating new graduate development initiatives
- Directing university student recruiting programs
- Hosting open house career days and hiring mixers
- Developing university relations and campus recruiting
- Updating employee intranet portal and HR knowledge base
Requirements
- Employer branding and talent marketing experience
- University relations and internship program experience
- Communication skills
- Creativity
