Tracking PTO balances and approving vacation requests
Tracking employee tenure and vesting schedules
Maintaining confidential personnel records in compliance with laws

Requirements

Service tenure and pension/401(k) vesting calculation experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Keen attention to detail
