Responsibilities

Conducting skills training workshops
Selecting and recommending leadership development reading lists
Conducting educational webinars and remote workshops
Measuring training effectiveness and ROI (Kirkpatrick Model)

Requirements

Training workshop logistics and event coordination experience
Instructional design and e-learning authoring experience
Developing instructional training workbooks and SOPs
Adult learning theory (andragogy) experience
Hosting interactive virtual webinars and webinars
Training program evaluation and feedback analysis experience
