Responsibilities
- Upskilling the internal People Operations team
- Interviewing HR and talent acquisition specialists
- Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
- Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
- Managing daily office catering and meal stipends
- Investigating and mitigating voluntary turnover factors
Requirements
- Strategic people roadmap and workforce strategy experience
- Upskilling and mentoring internal HR team members
- Experience interviewing and evaluating HR talent
- Organizational culture and core values transformation experience
- Employee engagement and retention strategy experience
- Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
