Responsibilities
- Delivering welcome orientation modules to incoming cohorts
- Implementing employee engagement initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements
- Updating employee intranet portal and HR knowledge base
- Partnering with immigration attorneys and USCIS
- Managing international expatriate assignments and taxes
Requirements
- Employee onboarding and enablement experience
- Experience managing employee KPI metrics
- Experience with payroll software (ADP / Paychex)
- Drafting employment contracts, offer letters, and non-disclosures
