Responsibilities
- Posting job requisitions across major employment portals
- Nurturing applicant talent pools and communities
- Investigating and mitigating voluntary turnover factors
- Leveraging national job boards for candidate sourcing
- Sourcing technical candidates on tech-specific job portals
- Leveraging ATS tools to drive recruitment pipelines
Requirements
- Interview experience
- Experience with niche tech hiring job platforms (Dice)
- Experience utilizing online creative training platforms
- Experience with collaborative recruiting software
- Active listening and needs discovery
- Client empathy and emotional intelligence
