Responsibilities

Ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements
Tracking employee tenure and vesting schedules
Maintaining confidential personnel records in compliance with laws

Requirements

Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Drafting employment contracts, offer letters, and non-disclosures
PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Experience with electronic signatures and e-filing (DocuSign)
Personnel file compliance and digital document records experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
