Responsibilities

Advising executive leadership on HR matters
Managing payroll in Workday / SAP
Updating employee intranet portal and HR knowledge base
Publishing the monthly company-wide employee newsletter
Managing domestic and cross-border employee relocations
Partnering with immigration attorneys and USCIS

Requirements

Employee relations and workplace conflict mediation experience
Drafting employment contracts, offer letters, and non-disclosures
Internal newsletter and corporate editorial experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Client empathy and emotional intelligence
