Responsibilities
- Implementing employee engagement initiatives
- Crafting clear internal organizational messages
- Updating employee intranet portal and HR knowledge base
- Managing international expatriate assignments and taxes
Requirements
- Facilitating day-one welcome sessions for new hires
- Executive HR advisory and coaching experience
- Drafting official HR notices and corporate resolutions
- Administering FMLA, short-term and long-term disability leaves
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
