Responsibilities

Drafting employment agreements and offer contracts
Ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements
Liaising with government labor agencies and social security offices
Tracking PTO balances and approving vacation requests
Managing payroll in ADP / Paychex
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Drafting official HR notices and corporate resolutions
Experience with payroll software (ADP / Paychex)
High reliability, dependability, and punctuality
