Designing comprehensive new hire onboarding journeys
Setting and monitoring employee performance KPIs
Managing payroll in Workday / SAP
Drafting formal administrative HR documentation
Managing international expatriate assignments and taxes

Requirements

Labor relations and collective bargaining agreement experience
PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Intranet and HR portal maintenance experience
Managing global mobility and expat relocations
