Employee onboarding and orientation
Conducting annual employee satisfaction and engagement surveys
Tracking employee tenure and vesting schedules
Crafting clear internal organizational messages

Requirements

Employee engagement and retention strategy experience
Employee relations and workplace conflict mediation experience
Experience with enterprise HRMS systems (Workday / SAP SuccessFactors)
Payroll administration and tax withholding experience
Drafting employment contracts, offer letters, and non-disclosures
Administering FMLA, short-term and long-term disability leaves
