Responsibilities
- Setting and monitoring employee performance KPIs
- Managing domestic and cross-border employee relocations
- Processing work visas and employment authorization documents
- Partnering with immigration attorneys and USCIS
Requirements
- Employee onboarding and enablement experience
- Drafting official HR notices and corporate resolutions
- Managing US employment visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, Green Card)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
