Managing university internship cohorts
Providing career development advisement to staff
Embedding core corporate values across all business units

Requirements

Employer branding and talent marketing experience
Leading early-career and graduate rotational programs
Internship program structuring and coordination experience
Liaising with university career service centers
Internal employee communications experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
