- Sourcing passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights
- Utilizing Domestika course collections for employee upskilling
- Leveraging ATS tools to drive recruitment pipelines
- Managing recruiting workflows via Huntflow
- Managing candidate profiles in candidate databases
- Preparing weekly recruiting funnel reports
Requirements
- Interview experience
- Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter search proficiency
- Full-lifecycle technical / software engineering recruiting experience
- Executive search and headhunting experience
- Active listening and needs discovery
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
