Responsibilities

Overseeing employee records and personnel administration
Drafting employment agreements and offer contracts
Ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements
Drafting formal administrative HR documentation
Auditing FLSA time tracking and hourly attendance records
Tracking PTO balances and approving vacation requests

Requirements

Administering time and attendance tracking systems
Administering FMLA, short-term and long-term disability leaves
PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Experience with payroll software (ADP / Paychex)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High reliability, dependability, and punctuality
