Responsibilities

Delivering welcome orientation modules to incoming cohorts
Mediating workplace conflicts and employee disputes
Auditing FLSA time tracking and hourly attendance records
Cultivating company culture and core values
Processing work visas and employment authorization documents
Partnering with immigration attorneys and USCIS

Requirements

Experience with enterprise HRMS systems (Workday / SAP SuccessFactors)
Labor relations and collective bargaining agreement experience
Internal employee communications experience
Internal newsletter and corporate editorial experience
Managing US employment visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, Green Card)
Active listening and needs discovery
