Posting job requisitions across major employment portals
Sourcing technical candidates on tech-specific job portals
Leveraging ATS tools to drive recruitment pipelines
Managing candidate profiles in candidate databases
Conducting initial phone screen interviews
Preparing weekly recruiting funnel reports

Requirements

Full-cycle talent acquisition experience
Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter search proficiency
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
Experience with collaborative recruiting software
Managing talent pools and candidate communities
Employee turnover and attrition analysis experience
