Responsibilities
- Producing instructional video content for training
- Creating instructional materials and employee handbooks
- Selecting and recommending leadership development reading lists
- Facilitating corporate learning seminars
- Conducting educational webinars and remote workshops
- Measuring training effectiveness and ROI (Kirkpatrick Model)
Requirements
- Training workshop logistics and event coordination experience
- Staff training and development experience
- Developing instructional training workbooks and SOPs
- Adult learning theory (andragogy) experience
- Creativity
