Measuring training effectiveness and ROI (Kirkpatrick Model)

Requirements

Training workshop logistics and event coordination experience
Experience administering LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning)
Developing instructional training workbooks and SOPs
Adult learning theory (andragogy) experience
