Responsibilities

Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
