Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring

Requirements

People analytics and workforce planning experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
