Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
HR workflow and process automation
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
