Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
