Responsibilities
- Upskilling the internal People Operations team
- Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
- Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
- Cultivating company culture and core values
- Investigating and mitigating voluntary turnover factors
Requirements
- Experience interviewing and evaluating HR talent
- Total rewards, compensation, and benefits experience
- Catering and corporate meal perks coordination experience
- Workplace planning and office space layout experience
- Employee engagement and retention strategy experience
- Team leadership experience
