Coordinating new graduate development initiatives
Developing university relations and campus recruiting
Crafting clear internal organizational messages
Updating employee intranet portal and HR knowledge base
Publishing the monthly company-wide employee newsletter
Embedding core corporate values across all business units

Requirements

Employer branding and talent marketing experience
Leading early-career and graduate rotational programs
Intranet and HR portal maintenance experience
