Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
