Selecting and recommending leadership development reading lists
Delivering adult professional education programs
Facilitating corporate learning seminars
Conducting educational webinars and remote workshops

Requirements

Training workshop logistics and event coordination experience
Experience administering LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning)
Developing instructional training workbooks and SOPs
Experience leading beauty masterclasses
Adult learning theory (andragogy) experience
Training program evaluation and feedback analysis experience
