Responsibilities

Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
