Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
