Responsibilities
- Employee onboarding and orientation
- Implementing employee engagement initiatives
- Administering medical leave and return-to-work protocols
- Tracking PTO balances and approving vacation requests
- Crafting clear internal organizational messages
- Partnering with immigration attorneys and USCIS
Requirements
- Experience with payroll software (ADP / Paychex)
- Experience with enterprise HRMS systems (Workday / SAP SuccessFactors)
- Administering FMLA, short-term and long-term disability leaves
- Service tenure and pension/401(k) vesting calculation experience
- Managing global mobility and expat relocations
- Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
