Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
