Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
